Flower fix is a family business based in Otago. It has grown from gifting our friends and family our own flowers to a local business where we can share what we sow!

Flower Fix FAQ's

When will my flowers be delivered?

At this stage we do two deliveries each week on Thursday & Friday.  

Order BEFORE 3pm Wednesday and these will be delivered Thursday.     Orders AFTER 3pm Wednesday - Thursday 3pm will be delivered Friday. If anything is required out of these times please touch base and we will be able to sort something out for you. 

All orders include shipping* to most areas in Dunedin please see list below of all suburbs that we deliver to. If your suburb is not on the list no stress just flick us an email on flowerfixnz@gmail.com and we will be able to sort something out. 

What happens if I'm not home for my delivery?

We will leave flowers somewhere safe at the address provided. Please leave delivery instructions on the order form to ensure they make it to the right destination.

How do I care for my flowers?

Our flowers are locally grown so are more durable to the local elements. Check out our social media for a how to video. Our top tips are;

  • Place your flowers in a vase of water with a teaspoon of sugar
  • Change the water every three days
  • Remove any dying stems
